Treatment fees that are applicable for orthodontic treatment depend on the nature and complexity of the required treatment.
As part of your treatment planning consultation we will confirm your treatment costs, discuss payment plan options with you and provide you with item numbers describing your treatment and other relevant information so you may investigate your health insurance rebates prior to commencing any treatment. Please note that our fees are not in any way influenced by whether you have health insurance or not. Many of our patients do not have private health insurance and the payment facilities that we offer make payment for treatment manageable.
For your convenience, we have interest free payment plans for braces treatment and direct debit facilities that you can set up at no cost with our front office staff if you prefer. Typically, a patient having braces treatment will pay an initial deposit followed by monthly instalments over a 12-18 month payment plan and this makes payment for the treatment quite manageable for our patients.
Please note that many health insurance companies apply a lifetime limit for orthodontic claims to each insured individual (for example, for each child separately, in a family). This makes it critical for you to select the correct treatment in the first instance. We will empower you with the information you need to make the right choice for you. If you have any questions relating to fees, please do not hesitate to ask. We are always here to help!
